What we collect and why

Your name, email, business name, team size, location, your description of what prompted you to get in touch, and your answers about budget, AI stage and timing. We use them only to respond to your enquiry and assess whether an engagement may suit. We don't add you to a newsletter.

How long we keep it

Our policy is to review inactive enquiries after 90 days and delete or de-identify them after 6 months, unless we're working together or need to keep them for a lawful reason.
